On a scale of 1-10, Judy is an 11 or 12! We had a small home with a large yard. Other agents made us feel uncomfortable making suggestions about the home's "assets". Judy immediately let us know that we were a team and would be working together. She knew the internet is where the house seekers and agents are looking and marketed the house for that audience. She had the photographer go straight for certain areas, wrote a description that worked with them, had it posted within hours and fostered interest. We listed on Monday, had our first showing Tuesday, followed by one on Wednesday and two on Thursday. Our Open House was scheduled on Saturday, but the house was already sold. Judy is not a 9-5 person. She was often on the phone with us in the evening, and the night we accepted the offer, she was at our home till well after 9:30. If you want a realtor who knows what "professional" means, whom you'll never doubt is working for you and with you, has the skills to get the job done in the modern world, and incidentally is a heck of a nice person, look no further.
